In August 2023 we surveyed over a thousand of our customers to try and uncover the secrets behind our enduring success, plus what truly matters in choosing custom curtains and blinds. The feedback was very clear and echoed what Peter has always believed : it is the amazing Lahood team and their fantastic service from the initial meeting to the final installation which keeps the customers coming back for more. The "quality, professionalism, and efficiency" of the team was repeatedly cited and their ability to transform windows in a stress-free manner.

In response to this valuable feedback, we have launched a stunning new website in March 2024 and adopted the tagline "Elegance materialised" which we feel captures the journey customers embark on with our team to bring their window visions to life.
